Once your data is deleted, it will no longer be available for recovery, and you will lose access to your account and any associated content.
Upon receiving a valid request for data deletion, Alinfate will delete the following:

Any content you have posted or shared on Alinfate, such as messages, photos, or other media.
Any logs or usage data associated with your account that we have stored to improve the platform and your experience.
Note: We may retain certain information if required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This includes basic logs or transactional data required for legal compliance or fraud prevention purposes.
To initiate a data deletion request, please follow the steps below:
You must submit a data deletion request through our support email at admin@alinfateapp.com or via your account settings, if available.
Upon receiving your request, Alinfate will verify your identity to ensure that the request is legitimate and that you are the rightful account holder. This may involve confirming your email address or other account details.
Once your identity is verified, Alinfate will proceed with deleting your personal data. Please note that the deletion process may take up to 30 days, depending on the complexity and volume of your data.
After the deletion is complete, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your data has been permanently deleted. If the deletion is not possible for any reason, we will inform you and explain the reasons.
In certain situations, we may not be able to delete all of your data, including but not limited to the following exceptions:
